How we work

A formula we adapt, not a template we apply.

Every company runs differently. We have a method, but the method starts with understanding yours. The mechanics of how you actually operate, where the friction lives, what your market really rewards, are what make the work succeed. A consultant brings a template. We bring a way of working, and then we learn your business well enough to make it fit.

The principle

We build plans you can run, then help you run them.

We come from both the startup world and the Fortune 500 world, and we learned the same lesson in both. A plan only matters if you can execute it. So we don't hand over a 30,000-foot strategy that's too expensive and too complicated to ever use. We build tactical, manageable frameworks that solve real problems and drive growth, shaped around the way your company actually works. The goal is to make you self-sufficient. Whether you run the plan with your own team or have us manage the execution, either way, we're in it to succeed.

What that looks like

Real problems, actually solved.

Every engagement is different, but the shape of the work is recognizable. Here is the kind of thing we solve.

Product management

A product that's brilliant abroad and dead on arrival here.

We've taken electrical products that are magical in their home market and would fail flat in the US, not because they aren't good, but because US code and electrical requirements shut them out. We solve that through product management. And we go further: we take products that seem to have no obvious place in the US market and pair them with the right complementary products until they become not just viable, but needed.

Operations

A salesperson who only gets to sell 75 percent of the time.

Picture someone who is genuinely good at selling, spending the last quarter of their day entering the same order into three different systems. That last 25 percent is non-revenue work eating your best revenue driver. Or an accountant who slowly became an inventory specialist out of necessity. We rebuild those processes so your salesperson goes back to selling full time, and your accountant goes back to accounting.

Channel

A company with barely a foothold, turned into a category winner.

We've taken companies with limited access to the US market and built them into award winners, with sales partners who make the product a natural part of what they already sell. Not pushed in. Pulled through, because it fits the portfolio and the market was ready for it.

The deepest engagement

Representation is more than a channel. It's building the need.

Sometimes the right move is for us to represent your product directly in the US. But representation is more than opening a channel. It's creating the need for the product in the first place, and building everything required to deploy it: the material and the motion that carry it through sales, into installation, through service, and beyond. That path is complicated and full of places to fail. We know it well. We can take a product that has no obvious home and make it feel like it belongs, like the market was waiting for it. That is the difference between selling a product and giving it a place.

Let's talk.

Every engagement starts with a conversation to understand your business, your struggles, and what growth actually looks like for you. Tell us what you're working on.
