Ceasoned Inc. ("Ceasoned," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit ceasoned.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors everywhere, including the European Union and the United Kingdom.

We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message. You choose what to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. With your consent, Google Analytics places cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. On the EU and UK, and anywhere consent is required, these analytics cookies are not set until you agree to them through our cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics does not run.
Our site uses only the cookies associated with Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies beyond analytics. When you first visit, you are asked to accept or reject non-essential (analytics) cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in our footer. Essential functions of the site work without cookies.
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, to communicate with you about working together, and to provide our services. We use analytics information to understand and improve how the site performs. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases. For responding to your inquiry and communicating with you, our basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, where you initiate a business relationship, taking steps at your request. For analytics cookies, our basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Information you submit is accessible only to Ceasoned employees and affiliates who need it to respond to you and provide our services. We use Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, and related Google services) to receive and store form submissions and correspondence. Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. We do not resell or otherwise disclose your information to unrelated third parties.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers, including Google, may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the data-transfer mechanisms offered by our providers. We keep the information you submit for as long as it remains useful to our relationship with you, and we may retain it indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings and standard retention periods.
You have rights over your personal information. Everywhere, you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To exercise any of these, write to info@ceasoned.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, though we hope you will contact us first so we can help.
If you would like us to delete the information you have shared with us, write to info@ceasoned.com and we will remove it from our systems.
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
